Jake Lopez was our salesman and from the very beginning, we knew we had his entire attention. Totally unexpected but quite comforting. Even when we stated that there would be more investigating to allow us to make a decision and we would not be buying that day, WE STILL HAD HIS ENTIRE ATTENTION. Quite reassuring! My suggestion to you is that you go out and purchase a sweater for him so he never catches a cold and would have to miss work. He truly is an asset to your company. Then SABINE the insurance expert helped me see all my options coming from out of state. She got me the best deal possible!! Came in the next day, worked with SEBASTIAN to finalize the car I wanted. He was so patient and understanding. The Manager CASEY did everything in his power to make the numbers work. VIN the finance manager made my experience easy. I had to be at my job by a certain time and it felt like the whole Hyundai team came together to make this work for me. I’m so thankful, never had such a good experience at a dealership.
